[20:59:15] <infobliss>	 The user should ideally be displayed only the ones that are permitted to be uploaded to Commons
[20:59:35] <infobliss>	 So for each image in the search result we have to do additional filtering
[21:01:05] <infobliss>	 otherwise if the permission is checked after the "upload" button is clicked then we may upload only the permissible ones show a message to the user that all images were not uploaded
