[13:30:57] It’s been almost a week since we wrapped up WMHack26. It still sends chills down my spine thinking about the event. [13:30:57] Thanks you all the organizers and volunteers, for such an amazing event. [13:32:12] A lot has happened over the last few months. Filling out visa applications, waiting for the visa đŸ«¥, getting flights booked, rebooking flights (Middle East...), 30 hrs flight, exploring another country during a layover, attending one of the biggest Wikimedia Hackathons (240 participants, presumably), making new friends, and on the way back, a few people getting [13:32:12] sick (wishing you all a speedy recovery). [13:32:12] That’s a lot for us computer geeks (imo). : https://tools-static.wmflabs.org/bridgebot/9847b1b9/file_80147.jpg [13:32:12] https://tools-static.wmflabs.org/bridgebot/45b87dfc/file_80148.jpg [13:33:04] But I think that’s what drives us, this community, this tech ecosystem. [13:33:05] Facing roadblocks, constant struggles, addressing challenges, and adapting. [13:33:06] Let’s not limit coding and hacking to the hackathon itself. Let’s extend it beyond that. [13:33:08] Happy Coding. Keep Innovating.
