A few years ago on IRC, there was a “feed” channel for Spanish-language Wiki edits (I think it was #Miraheze-feed-es), and I don't know if it could be revived in the future. Honestly, from time to time I review language Wikis to “detect” possible violations of our policies, but fortunately, I can't remember anything
