[22:53:38] <nicholasserra>	 So i'm on 1.39.4. I took over an existing site. I went to add custom css via  MediaWiki:Common.css and it says the page was deleted by unknown user. When I click to undelete it, it just takes me back to the same page with a 200 response, and no change, still deleted. Ok fine. So I went to change MediaWiki:Vector.css instead, and it has read only
[22:53:38] <nicholasserra>	 perms, says I can't edit it. I'm an administrator user. Says "You do not have permission to edit this page, for the following reason:" but there's no reason after it. Guessing i'm having some kind of weird perms issue. Anyone seen anything similar before? Thanks!
