My issue looks like to be https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T255366. I login on nlwiki (homewiki) so a cookie of some sort will be set for wikipedia.org (same domain), as well for wikimedia.org cause of login.wikimedia.org. [20:10:30] as no other domains are actually connected to upon login, none will have the cookie hence it can't log me in. Atleast this is what I think happens here
