[09:56:04] <crapaud>	 Hi. I'm having some problems with a new install of MediaWiki 1.31.0 on MS Sql Server 2012 and MS Windows Server 2012. The script for creating the db schema has some problems which I fixed (happy to share/provide further details), but after that the install failed when trying to create a main page with default content saying there already was one. Repeat attempts result in the "creating tables" installation stage failing with 
[09:56:10] <crapaud>	 I have tried dropping in a LocalSettings.php from a prior installation attempt (based on 1.30.0) but that didn't help any. Is anyone able to help me, please, or point me in the right direction? I was unable to find anything in the FAQ or manual. I have screen shots of the error messages if that's helpful.
