[17:46:12] <SMalyshev>	 DanielK_WMDE_: so I run the test on local Vagrant with same php version on Stretch, and it works just fine. So it's either broken build or something super-strange going on. Doesn't look like php code issue to me... if I get reproduction somewhere I could look into it more
