They're not personizable, so you'd need to coordinate with everyone else who triages those specific tasks in order to decide on a common definition. It's probably not feasible at #wikimedia-site-requests because that is such a multi-team project. E.g. wikidata team uses them, such as https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T184948#4136086
