[00:45:26] brion: FYI, we moved a lot of files on Commons a little back, so queued transcodes are orphaned, like File:CutterPlotting.ogg [15:31:32] Hey folks. My phone died and I'm trying to set up my Token app again. I've got all my recovery codes, but I'm not sure what to do with them. [15:32:28] Docs say nothing more than 'emergency "scratch codes" that can be used if you lose your phone' [15:33:18] Oh! it looks like I use those in place of a token? [15:35:19] recovery codes for what exactly? [15:35:32] MediaWiki SUL/OAuth? [15:36:16] What docs? [15:38:48] 2fa, it seems [15:39:10] Yeah, but 2FA for what? [15:39:35] * annika shuts up [15:39:57] andre__: i would guess wikitech, or some other of our wikis [15:42:49] wikitech and wikimedia wikis. [15:43:18] So what here's what I worked out: 1. it turns out that the key I originally stored will allow me to reconfigure my token app [15:43:38] 2. if I didn't have that key, I was supposed to use my recovery codes to disable and re-enable 2FA [17:15:18] for the mass delete, "Special:Nuke&target=Stryn" doesn't put the username to the field anymore. The code should be "Special:Nuke&wpnuke-target=Stryn". I think https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/336357/1/Nuke_body.php changed it [17:45:57] < Stryn: I commented on the patch, it should probably get reverted. I would recommend filing a bug with links though [21:11:22] Anyone here who understands the spam blacklist edit stashing optimization and has a few minutes to spare?
