If the former, I should first look into getting an under-used instance shut down, though if the latter, I think I might try the quota increase route first [00:47:45] With the move to the new data center a lot of unused projects where shut down completely, so my *guess* is that we have more than enough resources at the moment, and non-"strange" projects should have it relatively easy to get their quota upped.
