[00:13:01] <notconfusing>	 Hello, all of a sudden I cannot access database replicas from my project, whgi.eqiad.wmflabs. However I still seem to be able to connect from tools-labs. If I'm at whgi.eqiad.wmflabs and use `mysql --ssl-mode DISABLED` I'm can connect, but not otherwise.
