I'm trying to add this to WikiData https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q236781 but I can't figure it out as the language entries seem to be locked. Could somebody please advice?

My logs show that this started sometime yesterday - has there been a recent software update? Where would be the best place to report/diagnose this?
