[15:01:46] <dmehus>	 Hrm, it's not a terrible idea. I wouldn't make it 7 days minimum to have `sysop`, but perhaps a sufficient number of edits and days old account to demonstrate one is trusted. Naleksuh has appropriately compared `sysop` to `user` and `bureaucrat` to `autoconfirmed`, on TestWiki, so perhaps we could require 10 edits and an account 4 days old to become a `bureaucrat?
