[18:25:30] hi [22:06:38] Hi, I am seeking help from experienced semantic mediawikians. [22:06:54] Anyone here? [22:09:37] Well I will sit around for a bit... I am trying to establish "subobject" events that i can compare amongst pages. [22:10:20] example, John Smith works at XYZ INC 2004-2008 as a Potato Handler. [22:11:51] I would want to populate John Smith's page with as many of these events (or say, other date events like published works), and then search events and compare pages based on the semantics of those events (like, who else worked at XYZ INC, what were other people doing 2004-2008, what did other people publish in that same time period (what other events have time stamps in this range), etc. [22:13:15] I have a semantic mediawiki privately running already and have basic practical knowledge. I'm trying with Internal Objects but not having success. [22:13:53] I looked into Events extension, but that seems oddly unrelated. Effectively I want to be able to dump data associated with a page into that page, and then cross reference by dates with other pages. [22:15:58] The only way it seems plausible to do this is to setup each page as an event itself, which is wildly impractical. [22:18:24] I see no one has actively talked in here since 11/13 from the logs. i guess i need to post to forums...
