[05:23:15] Hello Alexp! If you have any questions, feel free to ask and someone should answer soon. [08:55:44] Hello rosie! If you have any questions, feel free to ask and someone should answer soon. [09:36:02] oh hello. Thx. Yes I am trying to make Tweeki the default skin on my new (and first) wiki.... following instuctions on my talk query kindly left by Dmehus I found the Skin tab in Manage this wiki's extensions. When I pressed submit I got a new page that said I could request more extensions. It seemed the only way forward was to put somethin in the reason field, so I did and thenpressed the second submit button. The I got an [09:36:03] error msg [09:36:14] very confused [09:37:28] currently my seem seems set to Tweeki as it is ticked in prefs, but the changes have not meen implemented [09:41:22] https://moma.miraheze.org/wiki/Special:ManageWiki/extensions#mw-section-handling says The following errors occurred: [09:41:23] The extension MobileFrontend can not be enabled as it fails to meet its requirements. [09:41:24] [ Permission error - Museum of Moving Art ] - moma.miraheze.org [09:57:31] demeus Thx for you talk help, I am following your instruction. I have found and changed the $wgDefaultSkin in Styling tab to Tweeki (sucessful subnit) but can't find $wgDefaultMobileSkin [10:18:00] I have gone to report by REPLY to Dmehus in the talk page. I seem to have eventually got the skin to work. Thanks for watching. [10:31:25] .tell rosie, oh that's great, no problem, glad everything worked out :) [10:31:25] dmehus: I'll pass that on when rosie is around. [14:17:06] Is the relay on the #cvt-feed delayed? [14:33:18] DarkMatterMan4500, looks like MirahezeRC needs restarting [14:33:38] MirahezeBot reads the RCs from MirahezeRC in #miraheze-feed [14:36:16] DarkMatterMan4500, should be resolved [14:36:43] Ok [19:01:10] How can I rename my phabricator username? [19:02:33] and change my mediawiki acc [19:05:50] WikiJS: MediaWiki acc just disconnect and reconnect it [19:05:57] Phab username ask Reception123 [19:06:36] If you have a lot of activity on Phabricator it would not be done as it breaks things [19:06:49] Reception123: it doesn't [19:07:08] idk how to disconnect it [19:09:15] RhinosF1: that's what I've always been told [19:09:28] that if a person has a lot of changes it's not good to rename [19:09:56] "You can not unlink this account because the administrator has configured Phabricator to make links to "MediaWiki" accounts permanent." [19:10:22] That's annoying [19:10:26] Reception123: it's a myth [19:10:33] Deleting does [19:10:38] But renames won't [19:11:13] I do want to be sure about this so pinging paladox so he can confirm, as I wouldn't want to mess something up on the chance that it's actually not a myth [19:11:50] Reception123: wikimedia do it all the time [19:11:52] Ask revi [19:12:07] They were the test run [19:12:33] uhm? [19:12:38] tldr needed [19:12:40] revi: phab renames [19:12:43] You had one right [19:12:44] aaah. [19:13:40] revi: tell Reception123 it caused no harm [19:14:12] From what I've heard (from wmf experiences) renames are generally not that of an 'oh shit' ending [19:14:37] I haven't done much renames myself so can't tell you about my first hand experiences [19:15:01] but my wmf phab ID was once renamed (from uppercase R to lowercase r) and that pretty went on silently [19:15:13] (and I consider myself to be quite active then and now) [19:16:19] ok then [19:18:21] it's also true that phab is quite fragile too :-p [19:31:01] Reception123, can you rename my phab username to Bukkit? [19:45:14] I'm around and i see re*vi answered [19:45:36] Alrighty
