As you can see, the former had their edits suppressed (probably for vandalism), and the other was blocked for sockpuppetry. [19:49:56] DarkMatterMan4500, I mean, the first account is locally blocked and has not edited on any other Miraheze wikis. Second account hasn't edited, so while the local block reason may or may not indicate that (I haven't translated it myself), there just isn't, well, any evidence for us to review to see whether that block reason is substantiated.
